I remember the first time I heard someone say that fluoride was bad. A friend of mine in college, she was a pre-med student at the time, said "Fluoride is bad for your everything." I wasn't 100% on board with her, because so many sources said that fluoride was good for your teeth. From when I was a very young child everything everyone I knew said about fluoride was positive. I admit that it was only a couple of months ago that I stopped using fluoride toothpaste. Now, after hearing what my old physician, Dr. Connett and even my chiropractor have to say about fluoride, I'm sorry that I didn't stop a long time ago.
