Decreasing Toxicity: White Flour

If you thought eliminating sugar from your diet was difficult, try eliminating both sugar and white flour.  This may limit where you can shop for some groceries like bread unfortunately.

When you are looking for pasta, bread or anything with flour be sure to look for WHOLE WHEAT in the ingredients.  Many people don't understand that there is a difference between wheat flour and whole wheat flour; and there is a HUGE difference.  If it says enriched flour or wheat flour as opposed to whole wheat flour it is the same as white flour and it would do better on the shelf than in a body.
