I've known parsley to be a blood cleanser, but it no longer surprises me now in light of what I know about leafy greens. I've used parsley to add flavor to foods, but I've also added it to salads and I've even juiced it just to benefit from it's super qualities.
Try this: Juice parsley, kale, dandelion, beets, carrots, apple and a little ginger. You won't even taste all of the greens if you add enough carrots and the ginger will add a nice kick to the flavor! You will still benefit from everything in this cleansing drink.
