Estrogen Dominance II

The more dangerous xenoestrogens I've cut out of my life.  I don't believe I have any products in my house that contain paraben.  Paraben can actually block progesterone absorption.  If you have an issue with estrogen dominance, anything with parabens need to go.  Parabens can unfortunately be found almost everywhere in a normal household:  perfumes, lotions or creams, make-up, soaps, shampoos, conditioners and more.  So if you have this problem too, go through EVERYTHING that you put on your skin including the laundry detergent that you use on your clothes and sheets.  Parabens in the detergent can be absorbed by the skin via the clothes that you wear and the sheets that you sleep on.

It's scary that all of these little things that women do when they are pregnant can contribute to a possible miscarriage.  In this country 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage.  If you have ANY chronic issues with your health, that is another reason why "Super Natural Home" is a great book for you to read, but so is this month's book "Hormone Balance Made Simple" by Dr. John Lee.
