As part of my quest to rebuild my gut flora, I've been making a habit of drinking kombucha tea. Unfortunately, the tea that I buy at the health food store is pretty pricey and they don't always use organic ingredients. I eventually decided that I had to just learn how to make the tea myself. I drank my favorite teas from the health food store too, but once I learned how to flavor my own tea I barely purchased the store one anymore. Besides, my husband commented that mine is pretty tasty. I take this as a huge compliment because he will NOT drink the ones bought from the store.
