Be Well My Friends: (The advertisements on this blog may not always reflect my views) This site is to provide a place for people striving to live a healthy life to come together with others like them. With a background in aerobics instruction, personal training, massage therapy, reflexology, reiki, an undergraduate degree in psychology and Master of Science in School Counseling, I’ve lived to provide others with skills to live their life in the very best of health. I have so much information to share, but I know there are many of you who have even more to teach me and others like me. I only ask that when I or someone else provides health advice, you double check it with one or more health care professionals like a naturopathic doctor for example.
