Many of us know that all organic fruits and vegetables are GREAT for one's health. The following article, however, talks more about what some of these fresh foods do for our bodies and WHY they are so healthy. I have my favorite fruits and vegetables, but I also recognize why it is important to eat such a large variety of fresh food.
