R.I.P. Bill of Rights 1789 - 2011 (Part I)

What the article below is referring to is the new NDAA also known as the National Defense Authorization Act.  The ACLU maps it out a little better for the public (click on purple links to find out more).  It's very difficult to find the area of the document that spells out what this law means for us as citizens of the United States (not because of the vernacular as much as the amount of information that is needed to explain it).

Don't be fooled, this new NDAA doesn't just concern activists.  It concerns anyone who exercises their Constitutional rights even if they aren't being disruptive to anyone.  We need to wake up and fight this America!  If you are a peaceful citizen like me, you too could be a victim of this law if some evil individual doesn't like the way that you blink!  All they need to do is call you a terrorist and you could be detained indefinitely without a trial.  Things are getting scarier and scarier in the USA.
