Gotta love Dr. Mercola! I read the article below a long time ago. This is the article that ultimately saved my gut. It was the article that helped me to better understand the GAPS diet. When I saw the video (which is essentially Mercola interviewing Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride), I received the last bit of information about GAPS before I started it.
